Jim Simons founded Renaissance Technologies in 1982. The fund’s returns are so spectacular that Simons became one of the richest people in the world. The hedge fund employs high frequency trading and exploits inefficiencies in the stock market. Simons has a B.S. in Mathematics from MIT and a Ph.D. in Mathematics from UC Berkeley. We believe that by focusing on Simons’ stock picks, especially those that are relatively cheap, investors are more likely to beat the market in the long term.

We compiled 15 Jim Simons’ stocks that are relatively cheap because they have P/E ratios of below 15 and P/B ratios of lower than 1.5. The market data is sourced from Finviz.
