The best way to supplement your portfolio with growth is through dividends. These stocks have a high upside potential, and are supplemented with beefy dividend yields.

1.) Centurylink Inc. (NYSE:CTL) is currently trading at $33.2 with a 1 year target estimate of $44.12 (32.89% upside potential) and a book value of $35.97. This stock seems to be undervalued, and underrated. It has an excellent dividend yield of 8.85%, EPS is at 2.36 and P/E is 14.1x and a forward P/E of 18.79x. Returns are solid with an ROA of 3.47% and ROE of 4.94%, and Quarterly Revenue growth (yoy) of 148.60%. Overall, I feel this stock is undervalued, and at a great price for substantial dividend yields.

2.) MFA Financial Inc. (NYSE:MFA) is currently trading at $6.41 with a 1 year target estimate of $8.6 (34.17% upside potential) and a book value of $7.75. This stock also appears undervalued and overlooked. Dividend yield is an unbelievable 15.95%. Not only is the dividend yield exceptional, so are the company’s fundamentals; ROA is 2.92% and ROE is 12.08%, EPS is .96 and P/E is 6.7x. MFA is great for those "less risky" investors who are looking for superior returns. Beta is .3 with a volatility average of 23.62, not to mention it is a "budget" stock at a price like $6.41.

3.) Annaly Capital Management, Inc. (NYSE:NLY) is currently trading at $15.88 with a 1 year target estimate of $18.66 (17.51% upside potential) and a book value of $16.55. Trading at a lower price than current book value is an obvious undervalued stock. The best way to capitalize on undervalued stock is to supplement returns with dividend yield, and this stock is no stranger to this with 15.5% current dividend yield. Current ROA is 2.33% and ROE is 17.11%, EPS is currently at 2.86 with a P/E of 5.6x. This stock is also low in volatility with a beta of .2 and a volatility average of 20.23. Overall a safer bet, with great returns.
