Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Thursday November 3.
Bullish Calls:
Vodafone (VOD), Verizon (VZ): "It is a tough call...people don't like Vodafone's assets in Europe, but I like your call, and I say it's a buy...I like Verizon too."
Schweitzer Mauduit International (SWM), PPG Industries (PPG): "If I want paper, we are going to go to SWM or PPG (which makes chemicals for the paper-making process)...those are better."
Westport Innovations (WPRT): "...the right place at the right time...they make engines that run on natural gas...Westport is a winner."
Intel (INTC), Qualcomm (QCOM): "...you need to buy Intel...I would even buy Qualcomm all the way up here."
AT&T (T): "It's a cheap stock...it wins either way...if it buys T-Mobile, it's a winner...if it doesn't, it's a winner...because it's got plenty of cash flow."
Bearish Calls:
Callaway Golf Company (ELY): "No...that's a no-growth business...not my cup of tea."
Mercer (MERC): "...no, if I want paper, we are going to go (elsewhere)."
Advanced MicroDevices (AMD): "Come on, man...that stock is out of power...I would even buy Qualcomm all the way up here rather than AMD."
