McDonald's (MCD): "(we would not buy Wendy's) ...when we have something like McDonald's."

Annaly Capital (NLY), Solar Capital (SLRC): "I prefer Annaly (to American Capital)...I also like Solar Capital."

Linn Energy (LINE), Dominion Resources (DOM): "(when asked about holdings for a 401k) have to speak accountant when dealing MLPs in any sort of retirement account. I happen to like both of those...they are good income producers, and they make alot of sense. DOM is good because coal isn't going away."

Procter & Gamble (PG): "I think raw costs are coming down. I like management."

ConocoPhillips (COP): "...waiting for the split up with that terrific yield. I say buy, buy, buy."
