Insider buying is widely viewed as a strong precursor for great things to come in the company's near future. Therefore, we frequently scan for notable insider activity and found these stocks below.

Denny's Corporation (DENN), through its subsidiaries, engages in the ownership and operation of a chain of family-style restaurants. On December 13, CEO and President John Miller bought 30,000 shares. DENN currently trades at an 18x trailing P/E, 10x forward P/E, .6x PEG, and .7x P/S.

Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. (PNK) owns, develops, and operates casinos, and related hospitality and entertainment facilities in the United States. On December 13, CEO and President Anthony Sanfilippo bought 40,000 shares. PNK trades at a 17x forward P/E, .6x PEG, .5x P/S, and 1.2x P/B.

Kronos Worldwide, Inc. (KRO) engages in the production and marketing of titanium dioxide pigments primarily in North America and Europe. This company had recent insider activity discussed here and another 10,000 shares were bought by board director Glenn Simmons on December 15. KRO trades at an 8x trailing P/E, 6x forward P/E, .3x PEG, and 3.5% dividend yield.

NII Holdings, Inc. (NIHD), through its subsidiaries, provides wireless communication services under the Nextel brand name to businesses and individuals in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, and Chile. On December 9, President of Nextel Brazil Sergio Chaia bought a big 38,770 shares. NIHD trades at a 12x trailing P/E, 10x forward P/E, .7x PEG, .5x P/S, and 3.2x EV/EBITDA.

Incyte Corporation (INCY) focuses on the discovery and development of proprietary small molecule drugs for hematologic and oncology indications, and inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. We discussed INCY recently here and from December 5-December 7, major shareholder Baker Brothers Life Sciences Capital accumulated a considerable 1,555,134 shares. INCY trades at 12x P/S, 12x EV/S, and lost approximately $100M in net income this past year.

Heartland Express, Inc. (HTLD), together with its subsidiaries, operates as a short-to-medium-haul truckload carrier of general commodities in the United States. On December 14, board director and major shareholder Lawrence Crouse bought a huge 648,000 shares. HTLD currently trades at a trailing 19x P/E, 18x forward P/E, 1.2x PEG, and 8x EV/EBITDA.

Molycorp, Inc. (MCP), a development stage company, focuses on the production and sale of rare earth oxides from stockpiled feedstocks in the western hemisphere. On December 15, CEO and President Mark Smith bought 5,000 shares pushing his total ownership to approximately 780,000 shares now. MCP trades at a 31x trailing P/E, 9x forward P/E, .7x PEG, and 2.8x P/B.
