In a 13D filing after the close on Mueller Water Products, Inc. (MWA), Bruce Berkowitz/Fairholme Capital disclosed an 11.1% stake (9.5 million shares) in the company. Berkowitz disclosed an 8.92% stake in Mueller Water in a 02/15 13G filing.

Berkowitz has no present plans or proposals that would result in or relate to any of the transactions described in subparagraphs (a) through (j) of Item 4 of Schedule 13D.

According to Stockpickr.com, Berkowitz was nominated by Morningstar as Domestic-Stock Manager of the Year for 2006.
