Interesting analysis from David Fry, founder and publisher of The ETF Digest, arguing that the Internet sector is not yet a buy on technical grounds. (The only exchange-traded fund that covers the Internet sector is the Merrill Lynch Internet HOLDRs, ticker HHH, but crucially it fails to include Google which accounts for a large slug of the sector's performance and has been one of the best performing Internet stocks this year.)
