1. Frontier Communications Corporation (NASDAQ:FTR), a telecom services company, has a 16.78% dividend yield that is distributed to investors on a quarterly basis. The company holds a $4.45 billion market cap with a 0.99 price to book ratio (P/B), 3.15% return on equity, 3.65% return on assets, and 19.47% operating margin.

2. Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. (NYSE:IVR), a mortgage investment firm, has a 16.40% dividend yield that is distributed to investors on a quarterly basis. The firm holds a $1.83 billion market cap with a 0.94 price to book ratio (P/B), 20.25% return on equity, 2.82% return on assets, and 91.07% operating margin.

3. Arlington Asset Investment Corp. (NYSE:AI), an investment firm, has a 15.13% dividend yield that is generally distributed to investors on a quarterly basis. (Please note: dividend payouts for the firm are listed as irregular but were paid on a quarterly basis throughout 2011.) The firm holds a $177.37 million market cap with a 0.96 price to book ratio (P/B), 8.64% return on equity, 2.30% return on assets, and 69.89% operating margin.
