2. Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. (IVR), a mortgage investment firm, has a 16.40% dividend yield that is distributed to investors on a quarterly basis. The firm holds a $1.83 billion market cap with a 0.94 price to book ratio (P/B), 20.25% return on equity, 2.82% return on assets, and 91.07% operating margin.
