In a 13D filing after the close on Dominion Homes Inc. (DHOM), James Michael Rhodes disclosed a 7.06% stake (594K shares) in the company.

James M. Rhodes is as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sagebrush Enterprises, Inc., which is in the principal business of developing residential communities and homebuilding in southern Nevada and Arizona. Sagebrush Enterprises is affiliated with Rhodes Homes.
