China Knows Playboy (PLA)

The New York Times recently interviewed Christie Hefner CEO of Playboy Enterprises (ticker: PLA). Here is an extract on plans for China:

To what extent are you pursuing opportunities in China, especially with the dot-com boom there?

CEO Hefner:

We have no intention of doing a magazine in China. But we definitely are interested in the China market and have experience there, where our brand awareness and prestige score stunningly high.
