US Airways: PAR Capital Sells 6.75M Shares, Cuts Stake to 0.29%

In an amended 13D filing on US Airways Group, Inc. (LCC), PAR Capital Management showed a 0.29% stake (268K shares) in the airline.

This is down from 7.01 million shares.

On May 1, 2007, PAR Investment Partners sold 6,750,000 shares of Common Stock of the Issuer to UBS Securities LLC.
