Miriam Metzinger submits: Stocks discussed in the lightning round session of Jim Cramer’s Mad Money TV program, Monday April 2. Click on a stock ticker for more analysis:
Nymex (NMX): 'That stock's marking some time here, ahead of its next big move. I'm with you. I still want to buy the stock. Buy, buy, buy!'
Chicago Mercantile (NASDAQ:CME): ' ... was never cheap. That stock can go higher.'
Patterson-UTI Energy (NASDAQ:PTEN)
Nabors (NYSE:NBR): 'I have shied away from the land drillers, but I'm warming up to them, because my friend, Robert Marsden, has been saying over and over again that it's time to look at Nabors ... I think it's still too early to pull the trigger, but Marsden says to go with NBR ... I'm going with him!'
Accenture (NYSE:ACN): 'We've liked ACN on this show. We favor American outsourcing. ACN is going to have another good quarter. It's much less expensive than the Indian companies. We bank with ACN.'
Altria (NYSE:MO): ' ... never quibble with a stock that's up 31% year over year. It yields almost 5% ... They're going to split the company into international and domestic. You've got to be in ahead of that.'
Energy Metals (EMU): 'I've recommended EMU.'
Mosaic (NYSE:MOS): 'I'm sending you to Mosaic, especially after Agco's (NYSE:AG) quarter.'
Healthcare Services (NASDAQ:HCSG): 'Yeah, you know, housekeeping laundry is a constant good business. '
Vulcan Materials (NYSE:VMC): 'I couldn't believe that they sold that stock down ... I think that VMC - down $8 - was a fabulous buy! The fact that the stock bottomed today means that I would buy some more. I'm staying bullish on VMC.'
SWS Group (NYSE:SWS):' I think that that's a good regional investment services group.'
Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS): ' ... why not go with a cheapest of them all? Why not go with GS?'
Dendreon (NASDAQ:DNDN): 'Well, the short position is still big. I think DNDN is too high up. I have said, ultimately, it will go down to $12, but let's be very, very open book here. I did not see the DNDN approval coming... So I would take what I say with a grain of salt. I have not been good on DNDN.'
DivX (DIVX): ' I am very worried about DIVX and their growth pattern ... I have to stay away from that stock, even down $3. That is worrisome!'
Nvidia (NASDAQ:NVDA): 'Tech is sitting out most of the rally. I am not going to get behind NVDA. Don't buy, don't buy. And the stock didn't go up on this new product introduction. I say be careful there.'
Fronteer Development (FRG): 'Nah... Speculative uranium play with a Turkish overtone. Too dicey for me. '
Andersons (NASDAQ:ANDE): ' ... why don't we just slit our throats that Andersons - a stock that I really liked and pushed last week - seems to have given guidance after the close that nobody likes. That's worrisome.'
Acme Packet (NASDAQ:APKT): 'I got behind it, but then I had to just say listen, it might not have the oomph of other IPOs and we've left it since.'
