In an amended 13D filing (and various Form 4s) after the close on National Semiconductor Corp. (NSM), Relational Investors, LLC disclosed a 12.13% stake (38,024,939 shares) in the company. This is up from the 34,223,161 share stake the firm disclosed at the quarter ended 12/31/06. The firm disclosed a number of transactions in the $26-$27 price range.
