Bullish calls:
United Technologies (UTX): 'UTX is about to break right through $70. You've got to get on board that horse right now! Buy, buy, buy!'
Toyota Motor (TM): 'I want to buy TM down here. TM is way, way, way, way too low.'
Corning (GLW): ' ... when I hear voice, video and data, I am going to send you to Corning.'
Level 3 Communications (LVLT): ' ... how about my favorite spec play, Level 3 Communications starting to move up. Those people who sold it, they have little faith. They're summer soldiers, they're sunshine patriots... '
CSX (CSX)
Best Buy (BBY): 'If it gets to $45, you've got to buy, buy, buy... If it gets to $50, you've got to sell, sell, sell ... There will be some people who will panic, and then we're going to start buying retail, because oil's peaked, the weather's good, and the country's stronger than ever. '
Medtronic (MDT): ' making a comeback. They've got Art Collins doing a pretty good job.'
St. Jude (STJ): ' ... that's good. Nice numbers, and that could be taken over.'
Allergan (AGN): ' ... really on the move, because the wheels of capitalism are greased by the desire to have wrinkle-free skin!'
Under Armour (UA): 'See, the problem is that the growth is 24%, but the multiple is 48x... That's with the upper reach. I believe that the company did not give as aggressive a guidance as I would have liked... this is the level to commit more capital to UA.'
Crocs (CROX): ' I am now condoning taking off one-third of the CROX position I recommended. Just one-third, because that $70 stock, I think, is going - yes, I kid you not - to $90.00.'
Barrick Gold (ABX): 'ABX has gotten its act together. They used to hedge on the upside. I didn't like that. I like the action in ABX.'
Kinross Gold (KGC): 'Secondarily, I'm going to send you to the over-extended name of Kinross Gold.'
Golden Star Resources (GSS): ' ... don't forget my recent speculative addition, which is Golden Star, which we really like at $4 smackers..'.
Yamana Gold (AUY): 'I am still going to send you to Yamana Gold, because I like that more [than Barrick].'
Quintana Maritime (QMAR): 'QMAR is not bad. It's got a 5% yield, it's at its 52-week high. I like it very much. It's a nice bull play.'
General Maritime (GMR): 'I've got to go with General Maritime or any of the derivatives of GMR in order to be able to play that.'
Wynn Resorts (WYNN): ' I think WYNN is a good play. I like Las Vegas Sands a little bit more. '
Las Vegas Sands (LVS): 'It's just a little bit cheaper [than WYNN] ... I know it doesn't have the same growth rate, but I also have to tell you that it's a little more seasoned, and I genuinely think that both companies - because they're levered to Macau - are both buys. '
Bearish calls:
Seeking Alpha publishes a summary of Jim Cramer's stock picks every day including: Mad Money Recap, Lightning Round, Stop Trading and Wall Street Confidential Picks.General Motors (GM): ' I want to swap out of GM, and I want to buy TM down here.'
Akamai Technologies (AKAM): 'No, we've decided that we don't want to own that one anymore. Don't buy, don't buy.'
Aruba Networks (ARUN)
Whole Foods Market (WFMI): 'I like the fact that they're going to merge with Wild Oats, because that cuts out competition but, sure enough, the FTC ... I can't get behind that merger unless the government does. The FTC?... Don't give me that commie nation nonsense! What are you guys, communists?'
Jones Soda (JSDA): 'We said we'd like it below $20. It's not below $20 yet. We're going to wait. We're not going to buy it until it gets below $20.'Don't buy, don't buy.'
