Nabi Biopharmaceuticals: Loeb's Third Point Boosts Stake to 11.4%

In an amended 13D filing Friday afternoon on Nabi Biopharmaceuticals (NABI), Dan Loeb's Third Point LLC disclosed they raised their stake to 11.4% from 9.5%, buying 1.14 million shares from 05/08-05/10.

Third Point has representatives on the board of directors of Nabi as part of a 2006 settlement.
