Follow Up To 'Winners and Losers in Tuesday's Sell Off'

Hickey and Walters (Bespoke) submit: After Tuesday's afternoon declines in the market ('declines' & 'market' -- haven't seen those two words combined lately), we posted the ten stocks in the S&P 100 that led the declines and the ten that held up best. In the post we said we'd analyze how the leaders and laggards performed the following day in order to have a "trading rule" for next time.
