The European Debt Crisis, particularly Greece, dominates financial headline news like a Blake Griffin highlight on ESPN. I have watched and listened to countless analysts on television, listened to them on the radio, and read articles that discuss opinions on the Greece situation. The majority of analysts are knowledgeable on the circumstances and they have their own idea about the actions the so-called Troika should take with Greece.
However, as an investor, I am not as interested in opinions and what could/should happen within the politics of the situation. What I care about are the numbers! How much debt is outstanding? When is the maturity date? Who are the top holders of the debt? Look no further: Listed here are the Hellenic Republic's 2012 debt maturity dates and its top holders of the bonds: (Click to enlarge)
Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours.
