Duke Energy (DUK): 'Buy, buy, buy! DUK is one of the better utilities ... 4% yield. I like it.'
Consolidated Edison (ED)
Level 3 Communications (LVLT): 'If I want a wholesale carrier, you know I'm going to give you Level 3 Communications which just won a gigantic piece of a contract from the federal government.'
Briggs & Stratton (BGG): 'I think that you have a winner here. I would not sell it. Nice yield too. Very well-run company. BGG is a keeper! '
AAR (AIR): 'Oh, you know I like AIR. I've recommended this one many times on this show. This is an exceedingly well-run aircraft play ... You've got a winner too.'
BE Aerospace (BEAV)
Dow Jones (DJ): ' DJ will succumb to the Murdoch bid [to buy the Wall Street Journal]
Dollar Tree Stores (DLTR): 'It's a winner. Particularly after Dollar General got taken out. DLTR is terrific.'
Bankrate (RATE): Stick with it! This is a really good company ... RATE is a real company and provides a real service ... I think this company is worth pulling the trigger on up here.'
Nucor (NUE): 'Best of breed steel company! Probably not a takeover candidate ... I like that stock very much. That's a buy!'
ValueClick (VCLK): ' I believe that VCLK will be acquired. I think it's a great buy right here, down 15% from its high. I say yes to VCLK.'

Archer Daniels Midland (ADM): 'I'm embarrassed! I'm embarrassed! Sell, sell, sell! More number cuts today. Anything ethanol is just so bad.'
IDT (IDT): 'I have not been a fan of the prepaid call business ... I want you to swap out of yours and go into LVLT.'
FactSet Research (FDS): 'This stock has had such a move, that I have to tell you, valuation has finally been stretched... It's a great company, but it's got about 18% growth, and it's selling frankly at twice that. That's the upper limit. Don't buy, don't buy.'
Applebee's (APPB): ' ... stinks!'
