U.S. Markets Outperform Most Major Indices In May

Hickey and Walters (Bespoke) submit: US markets fared well in May, as the Dow 30 rose 4.32%, the S&P 500 rose 3.25%, and the Nasdaq rose 3.15%.
The US has finally begun to outperform other major countries. The Dow, S&P and Nasdaq were all up more than the major indices of Japan, France, Hong Kong and the UK on the month. The Mexican Bolsa led the list of 20 country indices we analyzed, gaining 8.28%, while Italy's MIB 30 was the only one to decline (-1.54%).
