In an amended 13D filing on Pier 1 Imports Inc. (PIR), Elliott Associates and related funds disclosed they raised their stake in the company to 6.7% (5,922,254 shares). This is up from 5.5% stake (4,835,180 shares) the firm disclosed in a past filing.
