In a 13D filing on Kellwood Co. (KWD), SCSF Equities (Sun Capital) disclosed an 8% (2,083,000 share) stake in the company. The firm did not show a stake in KWD at the quarter ended March 31, 2007.

In a pretty standard disclosure, SCSF Equities said they have no present plans or proposals that relate to or that would result in any of the actions specified in clauses (a) through (j) of Item 4 of Schedule 13D.
