Bullish Call:

Blackhawk Network Holdings (NASDAQ:HAWK): "I like that stock," Cramer said, adding that "management is terrific." The company is down on its luck but the "last quarter was darned good."

Bearish Calls:

Diamondback Energy (NASDAQ:FANG): "Here is a chance to lighten up" given the stock's recent rally. Cramer suggested the stock is a sell. "Not going to fool around with fossil fuels."

Monro Muffler Brake (NASDAQ:MNRO): "Go to AutoZone (NYSE:AZO)" instead, given the company's "incredible buyback."

Emerson Electric (NYSE:EMR): "Not a buy because they keep missing the numbers."

Baidu (NASDAQ:BIDU): "We do not recommend China stocks on this show."

Corrections Corporation of America (NYSE:CXW): "I'm not on privatizing (in the prison business) and making money off of that."
