Buy Lockheed Martin - Cramer's Lightning Round (2/2/16)

by: SA Editor Mohit Manghnani

Taser is cheap but the bear market doesn't reward stocks like that.

Pick Verizon, AT&T or T-Mobile when you hear wireless.

Seagate might not have the capital to back its dividend.

Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round segment of Jim Cramer's Mad Money Program, Tuesday, February 2.

Bullish Calls

Lockheed Martin (NYSE:LMT): Both Democrats and Republicans favor defense spending. Moreover, the company has a lot of orders from overseas. Buy it.

Taser International (NASDAQ:TASR): We are in a bear market where such stocks might not be rewarded. Taser is cheap and worth buying.

Skechers USA (NYSE:SKX): Wait till the earnings and buy after that.

Bearish Calls

Ruckus Wireless (NYSE:RKUS): In the wireless category, one should buy Verizon (NYSE:VZ), AT&T (NYSE:T) or T-Mobile (NASDAQ:TMUS), but not Ruckus.

Seagate Technology (NASDAQ:STX): The stock is cheap but the 8% yield signifies a red flag. The company may not have the capital to back the yield.
