by: Miriam Metzinger

Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Wednesday February 22.

Bullish Calls:

Toll Brothers (NYSE:TOL): "If you are going to buy a homebuilder, buy the highest quality...a lot of guys are going to downgrade the homebuilders...they think they have run too much...they have caught a couple of downgrades, and they have further downside, but TOL is the head of its class."

Akorn (NASDAQ:AKRX), Regeneron (NASDAQ:REGN): "Interesting ophthalmology favorite ophthalmology play is Regeneron, which was knocked down because one practice was not using its drug right. I'm going to say buy Regeneron and take advantage of that decline."

United Health (NYSE:UNH): "It's been on has pulled away from the pack. I think it can work its way higher. Catch it on a down day, not an up day."

TAL International (TAL): "This is a terrific situation...with a good yield and good momentum when it comes to transports. I like it better than the rails. That has a nice 5%'s a great idea."

Yamana (NYSE:AUY), Goldcorp (NYSE:GG): "Yamana reported a good number...GG reported a good number."

Xyratex (NASDAQ:XRTX), EMC (EMC): "Xyratex is great data storage. I prefer EMC. They are both very hot, but EMC is cheaper."

Neutral Call:

Graftech International (GTI): "It confounds me why that stock is not doing better...with an energy solution situation. People really like it. I've got to do more research on's involved in the steel business. People are downgrading steel stocks. Let me come back to it and see if it is because of steel."

Bearish Calls:

Stillwater Mining (NYSE:SWC): "I want you to sell that one."

Diamond Foods (NASDAQ:DMND): "Accounting irregularities equal sell...why not use their products and forget about the stock?"

PulteGroup (NYSE:PHM): "I think you should buy Toll Brothers on this discount...(instead of Pulte)."
