Celadon is a trucking and logistics company headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. The company operates in several niches, including cross-border freight hauling, truck brokering, and equipment leasing and financing. In the results reported last week, the company signaled an end to a buying binge that increased its debt, sold additional shares, and grew gross revenues from $600 million in 2012 to $900 million at the end of FY15.
