Boulder Energy Was Buried In The Oil Avalanche. Is It About To Dig Itself Out?

Boulder Energy (OTCQX:BLLDF) (or BXO in Toronto) is a company I have written about before when its predecessor company, DeeThree Exploration, split itself into two during 2015. One, Granite Oil (OTCQX:GXOCF), is a low-cost oil producer focused on maintaining its current dividend through extensive use of Enhanced Oil Recovery techniques.
