Hickey and Walters (Bespoke) submit: Below is a recap of sector performance, both from the second quarter and year to date.
Energy, Technology and Industrials were the top performing sectors in the second quarter.
The Utilities sector was the only one that was down -- declining 1.11%.
After a mediocre first quarter, Energy's 14.32% gain in the second quarter makes it the top performing sector year to date.
The Financial sector is the only one that is down year to date.
