by: Miriam Metzinger

Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Thursday March 1.

Bullish Calls:

Harley Davidson (NYSE:HOG): "I think the stock can go much higher. People are betting against it...that's a mistake."

Magna International (NYSE:MGA): "You bet it's a winner...I should have pushed that is doing terrifically...I'm a buy, buy, buyer."

JDS Uniphase (JDSU): "...has a terrific laser business and is a lot cheaper (than IPG Photonics)."

Lions Gate Entertainment (NYSE:LGF): "...I think it will go higher."

Exelon (NYSE:EXC): "5% yield...well-run company...a lot of people don't like it because they don't see it going up. Hey, listen. That is not why we buy stocks. We buy stocks not because we see them going up but because we like the fundamentals."

Teradata (NYSE:TDC): "52 week high...never going to stand in the way of someone who wants to take a profit...but TDC is really terrific. Big cloud play. I like Teradata."

Bearish Calls:

Veolia Environnement (NYSE:VE): "I looked at that and thought maybe they are out of the woods. It is too hard for me...they have a very big loss...I'm not a believer in that. I'm not going to be lured in reaching for a dividend when I'm worried about the earnings."

IPG Photonics (NASDAQ:IPGP): "It's okay...(Cramer prefers JDS Uniphase)."
