Fund Manager's China Picks (FMCN)

Fund manager Jim Oberweis recently returned from a trip to China. He subsequently launched the China Opportunities Fund (ticker: OBCHX). What China stocks does he have in his portfolio? Extracts from an article at Marketwatch.com:

Another favorite is Focus Media Holding Ltd. (ticker: FMCN) an advertising firm that has crafted a unique solution to pinpointing its ads towards China's wealthier shoppers.

Most of the nation is still made up of poor farmers so placing ads on traditional outlets like TV or radio won't necessarily reach people with discretionary income. As a result, Focus Media places its ads on flat panel screens in office park elevators, reaching affluent customers for a lower price, said Oberweis.
