Centex (CTX) and MDC (NYSE:MDC): Cramer recommended CTX to those looking for a bottom in housing because it is is a quality name which has taken charges, unlike many of its competitors and is realistic about demand for homes. He also thinks MDC is ahead of the curve.

Aecom (NYSE:ACM) and Foster Wheeler (FWLT): Because of FWLT's "lumpy" report, Cramer now prefers AEC because it is consistent. When asked about the rise in the stock after the bridge collapse in Minnesota, Cramer responded that while AEC may not get a contract to fix the Brooklyn Bridge, it "is more likely to get that call than Cisco or Intel."

Verizon (NYSE:VZ) and AT & T (NYSE:T): Cramer reiterated "Armageddon stocks" VZ and T are buys.
