Abraxas Petroleum (ABP) increases production by 27%

Today, Abraxas (ticker: ABP) announced an update to its South Texas drilling program. Two Edwards horizontal wells have been put on line and are currently producing around 5 mmcfe/d. The company averaged 14.2 mmcfe/d in the first quarter. Results from a third horizontal well should come by the end of the second quarter.
