Duvernay Oil Corp. COO, Stan Nowek, exercised 30,000 options for company shares at $3.50 each on Aug. 13, 2007, then sold these shares for $35.03 the next day. This brought his holdings back to 28,000 shares.
CFO Brian Robinson exercised 25,000 shares at $6.25 each on Aug. 13, then sold them for $35.14 the same day. This brought his holdings back to 2,500 shares.
John Burzynski, vice president of corporate development at Osisko Exploration Ltee, bought 25,000 company shares through 4191137 Canada Inc. on Aug. 15 and Aug. 16, 2007, bringing these holdings to 170,000 shares. He bought 59,000 more shares under director ownership on the same day to bring his holdings to 762,100 shares.
