Bullish calls:
Biogen (BIIB): ' Icahn's got a position in BIIB.'
Celgene (CELG): '…was up today. People are tired of me saying I like CELG, but get used to it. I'm not done.'
Intel (INTC): ' … has done very well in this incredible selloff.'
Merck(MRK): ' MRK no longer has that good yield. It's only got a 3% yield. I think it's time to sell MRK.'
Schering-Plough (SGP): ' ...'a lot of good numbers ahead, because they just closed a really good deal
Amazon (AMZN): 'It was a classic upgrade. It was a real good one. The numbers were too low … In the interim, it is a house of pain for anyone who owns this stock right now.'
UIL Holdings (UIL): 'It's a good stock. It yields 5%
Consolidated Edison(ED): ' … is my favorite. Don't worry. The papers are saying that ED's credit's not any good. That's nonsense.'
Gap (GPS)
Kohl's (KSS)
American Eagle Outfitters (AEO)
Chipotle Mexican Grill (CMG): 'it's just a one-of-a-kind story … without a really special story, casual dining is in a bear market.'
Costco(COST): ' …if we're going to get into big stores that have really great merchandise, I'd rather own Costco. Fabulous, fabulous story. The stock's down two quick bucks.'
McDonald's (MCD)
Burger King (BKC): 'Absolutely fantastic numbers. Expectations remain low.'
Xcel Energy (XEL): 'that group has been hurting... but that is just a great.'
Hawaiian Electric (HE)
EMC(EMC): 'I think that this is a play both on their own earnings, which are stellar, and on VmWare, which was down again today.
Bearish calls:
