Next week is a busy earnings season and this article is a continuation of my previous article on notable earnings reports ahead. In this article, I will cover the third set of twelve stocks that are reporting earnings results next week. Use this list as a potential starting point for your analysis.

Marriott International, Inc. (MAR): Marriott International, Inc. is a diversified hospitality company. It is a lodging company with more than 3,700 properties in 73 countries and territories. The company operates and franchises hotels under 15 brands, including Marriott, The Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, Bulgari, EDITION, Renaissance, Autograph Collection, AC Hotels by Marriott, Courtyard, Fairfield Inn & Suites, SpringHill Suites, Residence Inn, TownePlace Suites, ExecuStay, and Marriott Executive Apartments brand names.

Marriott International, Inc. has a market cap of $12.56 billion and will report its first quarter earnings results on April 18, 2012, after market close. The first quarter revenues are expected to be $2.61 billion when compared to $2.78 billion for the same quarter last year. Earnings per share for the first quarter are expected to be 29 cents a share from 26 cents a share in the year ago period. Marriott International, Inc. is currently trading around $37.49 with a 52 week range of $25.49 to $38.83.

Qualcomm, Inc. (QCOM): Qualcomm Incorporated designs, manufactures and markets digital wireless telecommunications products and services based on its code division multiple access (CDMA) technology and other technologies. It has four segments: Qualcomm CDMA Technologies (QCT); Qualcomm Technology Licensing (QTL); Qualcomm Wireless & Internet (QWI), and Qualcomm Strategic Initiatives (QSI).

Qualcomm, Inc. has a market cap of $112.48 billion and will report its second quarter earnings results on April 18, 2012, after market close. The second quarter revenues are expected to be $4.83 billion when compared to $3.87 billion for the same quarter last year. Earnings per share for the second quarter are expected to be 95 cents a share from 86 cents a share in the year ago period. Qualcomm, Inc. is currently trading around $66.5 with a 52 week range of $45.98 to $68.87.

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. (SWK): Stanley Black & Decker Inc. is a diversified global provider of power and hand tools, mechanical access solutions (automatic doors, commercial and residential locking systems), electronic security and monitoring systems and products and services for various industrial applications. The company's operations are classified into three business segments: Construction & Do-It-Yourself (CDIY), Security, and Industrial.

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. has a market cap of $13.03 billion and will report its first quarter earnings results on April 18, 2012, after market close. The first quarter revenues are expected to be $2.64 billion when compared to $2.38 billion for the same quarter last year. Earnings per share for the first quarter are expected to be $1.13 a share from $1.08 a share in the year ago period. Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is currently trading around $76.46 with a 52 week range of $47.07 to $81.90.

eBay Inc (EBAY): eBay Inc. is a global e-commerce platform. The company enables commerce through three reportable segments: Marketplaces, Payments and GSI Commerce ((NYSE:GSI)). These segments provide online platform, services and tools to help individuals and merchants globally to establish online and mobile commerce and payments.

eBay Inc has a market cap of $46.83 billion and will report its first quarter earnings results on April 18, 2012, after market close. The first quarter revenues are expected to be $3.15 billion when compared to $2.55 billion for the same quarter last year. Earnings per share for the first quarter are expected to be 52 cents a share from 47 cents a share in the year ago period. eBay Inc is currently trading around $36.3 with a 52 week range of $26.86 to $38.18.

Yum Brands, Inc. (YUM): Yum Brands, Inc. is a quick service restaurant company based on number of system units, with approximately 37,000 units in more than 120 countries and territories. The company, through its three concepts of KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell (the Concepts), develops, operates, franchises and licenses a worldwide system of restaurants which prepare, package and sell a menu of priced food items.

Yum Brands, Inc. has a market cap of $32.23 billion and will report its first quarter earnings results on April 18, 2012, after market close. The first quarter revenues are expected to be $2.70 billion when compared to $2.42 billion for the same quarter last year. Earnings per share for the first quarter are expected to be 73 cents a share from 63 cents a share in the year ago period. Yum Brands, Inc. is currently trading around $70 with a 52 week range of $47.15 to $71.79.

F5 Networks, Inc. (FFIV): F5 Networks, Inc. is a provider of application delivery networking technology that optimizes the delivery of network-based applications and the security, performance and availability of servers, data storage devices and other network resources.

F5 Networks, Inc. has a market cap of $10.52 billion and will report its first quarter earnings results on April 18, 2012, after market close. The first quarter revenues are expected to be $335.32 million when compared to $277.57 million for the same quarter last year. Earnings per share for the first quarter are expected to be $1.07 a share from 88 cents a share in the year ago period. F5 Networks, Inc. is currently trading around $132.88 with a 52 week range of $69.01 to $139.46.

VMware, Inc. (VMW): VMware, Inc. is a provider of virtualization and virtualization-based cloud infrastructure solutions. The company's suite of virtualization solutions addresses a range of information technology ((NYSE:IT)) issues that include facilitating access to cloud computing capacity, business continuity, software lifecycle management and corporate end user computing device management. Its solutions are based upon its virtualization technology and are organized into three main product groups: Cloud Infrastructure and Management; Cloud Application Platform, and End-User Computing.

VMware has a market cap of $47.83 billion and will report its first quarter earnings results on April 18, 2012, after market close. The first quarter revenues are expected to be $1.03 billion when compared to $843.72 million for the same quarter last year. Earnings per share for the first quarter are expected to be 59 cents a share from 48 cents a share in the year ago period. VMware is currently trading around $112.51 with a 52 week range of $74.69 to $115.19.

Bank of America Corp (BAC): Bank of America Corporation is a bank and financial holding company. Bank of America serves individual consumers, small and middle market businesses, corporations and Governments. The company provides a range of banking and non-banking financial services. It operates in six segments: Deposits, Card Services, Consumer Real Estate Services, Global Commercial Banking, Global Banking & Markets and Global Wealth & Investment Management, with remaining operations recorded in 'All Other'.

Bank of America Corp has a market cap of $96.19 billion and will report its first quarter earnings results on April 19, 2012, before market open. The first quarter revenues are expected to be $22.70 billion when compared to $26.88 billion for the same quarter last year. Earnings per share for the first quarter are expected to be 12 cents a share from 17 cents a share in the year ago period. Bank of America Corp is currently trading around $8.93 with a 52 week range of $4.92 to $13.88.

Baxter International Inc. (BAX): Baxter International Inc. (Baxter,) is a global, diversified healthcare company. Baxter, through its subsidiaries, develops, manufactures and markets products that save and sustain the lives of people with hemophilia, immune disorders, infectious diseases, kidney disease, trauma, and other chronic and acute medical conditions. The company operated in two segments: BioScience and Medication Delivery.

Baxter has a market cap of $32.76 billion and will report its first quarter earnings results on April 19, 2012, before market open. The first quarter revenues are expected to be $3.30 billion when compared to $3.28 billion for the same quarter last year. Earnings per share for the first quarter are expected to be $1 a share from 98 cents a share in the year ago period. Baxter is currently trading around $58.47 with a 52 week range of $47.55 to $62.50.

Cypress Semiconductor Corporation (CY): Cypress Semiconductor Corporation delivers high-performance, mixed-signal and programmable solutions. The company operates in four segments: Consumer and Computation Division, Data Communications Division, Memory Products Division, and Emerging Technologies and Other.

Cypress has a market cap of $2.23 billion and will report its first quarter earnings results on April 19, 2012, before market open. The first quarter revenues are expected to be $185.24 million when compared to $233.11 million for the same quarter last year. Earnings per share for the first quarter are expected to be 10 cents a share from 24 cents a share in the year ago period. Cypress is currently trading around $14.41 with a 52 week range of $13.67 to $23.95.

Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc. (DO): Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc. is an offshore oil and gas drilling contractor. Its fleet includes 49 offshore rigs, consisting of 32 semi-submersibles, 13 jack-ups and four positioned drill ships, three of which are under construction.

Diamond Offshore has a market cap of $9.08 billion and will report its first quarter earnings results on April 19, 2012, before market open. The first quarter revenues are expected to be $753.36 million when compared to $806.39 million for the same quarter last year. Earnings per share for the first quarter are expected to be $1 a share from $1.8 a share in the year ago period. Diamond Offshore is currently trading around $65.28 with a 52 week range of $51.16 to $80.21.

EMC Corporation (EMC): EMC Corporation and its subsidiaries develops, delivers and supports the information technology industry's range of information infrastructure and virtual infrastructure technologies, solutions and services. EMC manages its business in two categories: EMC Information Infrastructure and VMware Virtual Infrastructure.

EMC has a market cap of $58.80 billion and will report its first quarter earnings results on April 19, 2012, before market open. The first quarter revenues are expected to be $5.11 billion when compared to $4.61 billion for the same quarter last year. Earnings per share for the first quarter are expected to be 36 cents a share from 31 cents a share in the year ago period. EMC is currently trading around $28.64 with a 52 week range of $19.84 to $30.00.
