Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Wednesday April 11.
Bullish Calls:
Annaly (NLY): "I think it is fine. People worry they don't have the interest rate curve right. I think NLY is fine, and they do have that terrific distribution. I'm not backing away from it."
Ross Stores (ROST): "I prefer Ross Stores (to Wal-Mart)."
Discover Financial (DFS): "Is a very inexpensive stock. It is cheap and can be bought."
Bearish Calls:
Genworth Financial (GNW), Prudential (PRU): "Prudential can't even do well, and PRU has a 2% yield. I can't recommend Genworth Financial when the highest quality (Prudential) isn't doing well. I can't go down the food chain."
Wal-Mart (WMT): "I like Ross Stores...I'm not shopping at Wal-Mart."
LinkedIN (LNKD): "It will probably go up (on the Facebook IPO), but that isn't a reason to buy it...it is a good company. It is actually a profitable company, but I'm not going for the two-tiered system where I recommend stocks that are overvalued and those that are undervalued. I think the stock is too expensive."
