We ran a screen keeping this idea in mind, beginning with large cap stocks with market caps above $10 billion. We screened these stocks for those trading within 5% of their 52-week highs, exhibiting recent optimism in the market.

We then screened these names for those seeing optimism from institutional investors, with significant net institutional purchases over the last quarter of at least 5% of share float.
