These stocks were selected based on popularity, volume and, more importantly, significant price changes expected due to earnings results and forecasts.

Denny's Corporation (NASDAQ:DENN): April 30, 2012

Denny's Corporation (Denny's) is a family-style restaurant chain. Denny's, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Denny's, Inc., owns and operates the Denny's restaurant brand.

Denny's Corp has a market cap of $367.1 million and will report its first quarter earnings results on April 30, 2012, after market close. The first quarter revenues are expected to be $127.90 million when compared to $135.80 million for the same quarter last year. The first quarter revenues are expected to be $322.39 million when compared to $312.47 million for the same quarter last year. Earnings per share for the first quarter are expected to be 55 cents a share from 64 cents a share in the year ago period. Papa John's is currently trading around $38.81 with a 52 week range of $26.95 to $40.82.

OpenTable Inc (NASDAQ:OPEN): May 1, 2012

OpenTable provides solution that forms an online network connecting reservation-taking restaurants and people who dine at those restaurants. Its solutions include its electronic reservation book [ERB] and and OpenTable Connect (Connect).

OpenTable has a market cap of $927.1 million and will report its first quarter earnings results on May 1, 2012, after market close. The first quarter revenues are expected to be $39.58 million when compared to $33.71 million for the same quarter last year. Earnings per share for the first quarter are expected to be 34 cents a share from 28 cents a share in the year ago period. OpenTable is currently trading around $41.11 with a 52 week range of $31.54 to $118.66.

Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc. (NASDAQ:GMCR): May 2, 2012

Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc.is engaged in the specialty coffee and coffee maker businesses.

GMCR has a market cap of $6.95 billion and will report its first quarter earnings results on May 2, 2012, after market close. The first quarter revenues are expected to be $971.70 million when compared to $647.66 million for the same quarter last year. Earnings per share for the first quarter are expected to be 64 cents a share from 48 cents a share in the year ago period. GMCR is currently trading around $41.11 with a 52 week range of $39.42 to $115.98.
