Citi Upgrades Valueclick: A Look At Past Calls

ValueClick (VCLK) was upgraded from Hold to Buy at Citigroup this morning. According to BARR ratings, Citigroup has had the best calls on VCLK over the past year. As shown below, they made a nice upgrade back in September and followed it up with a timely downgrade on October 10th.
