Following its recent acquisition of Jamdat, Electronic Arts (ERTS) announced yesterday that it is partnering with Amp'd Mobile to provide fifteen new games for handsets. Titles to be offered include FIFA 06, Madden NFL 06, NBA LIVE 06, Need for Speed Underground 2, and Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 06. Privately held Amp'd Mobile, a wireless service targeting young adults, will be the first service to offer a dedicated EA channel.
