The Microcap Speculator submits: For the past several weeks, Reader John S. and I have been corresponding about Onstream Media (ticker: ONSM). Shortly after we began to exchange information, ONSM entered into a freefall, dropping to around $.65. John remained confident that it would shortly return to $1.00 as soon as the market absorbed the overhang of a large seller. Today it hit a buck -- nice call John.
Onstream is an interesting story, one that I will probably write more about in the future. ONSM was a high-flyer in the late 90s only to crash precipitously over the past five years. It may have just found a new life, though, with its launch of an outsourced digital media services platform. If it is able to ramp revenues, ONSM could have a lot of upside.
DISCLOSURE: I have no position in ONSM. Not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. For informational and educational purposes only.
