There’s no shortage of places to find valuation ratios (P/E, price-to-book, price-to-sales, etc.) on the web. But good luck finding a reputable data provider that compares them across countries, in a consistent manner, and for FREE. The S&P/Citigroup family of global indices is an exception, and a very handy resource.

Interestingly in these wonderful charts - you forgot most of Eastern Europe (is that maybe under Emerging Europe?). And that "missing sector" accounts for close to 60% of the growth that Europe has experienced in the past 5 years. Altough not documented, Western Europe benefited handsomely. (simlarly to Germany benefiting from US investments after the World War 2.) I would reccomend the readers taking a look at Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Croatia, Russia, even Turkey since these coutrnies still have cheap labor costs and ever-growing economies.
