Tuesday Outlook: Global Markets Fading?

Let’s go overseas shall we?


























That’s plenty for now. The week is young and anxiety is acute especially if you’re at sea in a really small kayak.

Markets stabilized somewhat Monday but we’re not out of the woods, or safely on shore yet. I was struck by news that Dow Theorist Richard Russell was saying that if the November lows were taken out we’d be in a bear market. However, he said as much when the August lows were taken out previously which is why I’m no Dow Theory adherent. That said, someone will no doubt straighten me out.
