Puget Energy (PSD): 'Yeah, nice 3.5% yield.'
Teva Pharmaceutical (TEVA): 'TEVA's holding up better. It's not one of my faves, but it's a drug stock that works.'
Given Imaging (GIVN): 'People don't like these healthcare diagnostic stocks with actual costs involved. I can't get behind it, even though I like it.'
Baidu.com (BIDU): Baidu's an expensive stock. ... That's in a Chinese market that is slowing down. ... It always overreacts in the beginning. ... Let's do Baidu under $300.'
T.Rowe (TROW): 'It's down all the way to $49. It has no exposure to these problems. It's a fabulously-run company, and it's down more than any.'

Freeport-McMoRan (FCX): 'I don't like it short term… Longer term, I like it so much. It's copper. It's got some gold… I think FCX could trade to $85 or $87... and, only there, down from $94, will I want to buy it.'
Brookfield Asset Management (BAM): 'It's run by a really smart guy from Canada. I think they're doing a good job. But it's considered to be just a terrible stock in a bear market... let's not throw it away.'
