Eagle Bulk Shipping (EGLE): While CEO Sophocles Zoullas made bullish comments about his company, Cramer was skeptical, especially since Bulk Shipping companies have sounded confident while their stocks have been cut in half. "The stocks cannot simply be this wrong," Cramer said. "I have to believe there is some chink in the story." Zoullas insisted the market was to blame in viewing the entire sector as a monolith, while some individual companies, like EGLE have better durability and positioning. Cramer reiterated that selling has been across the board while shipping CEOs keep insisting business is "fabulous."

"I am very long the stock. ... I am very committed on the company," Zoullas continued and cited the decoupling theory claiming the rest of the world will not be affected by problems with the U.S economy.
