Cramer's Lightning Round - Titan Is In-Your-Face Optimistic (5/23/12)

by: Miriam Metzinger

Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Wednesday May 23.

Bullish Calls:

Titan International (NYSE:TWI): "We had management on the show... they were optimistic. I share their optimism. They were toughly optimistic. They were in-your-face optimistic. But I do like it."

Vertex (NASDAQ:VRTX), Celgene (NASDAQ:CELG): "I think (Vertex) goes remarkably higher. It has done lots of back and forth. It could go to $80. I think it is the best biotech other than Celgene."

Incyte (NASDAQ:INCY): "It is a good speculative situation. I will bless it as a spec."

Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL): "(Hewlett-Packard's quarter) makes me feel better about Apple."

Bearish Calls:

Seadrill (NYSE:SDRL): "It looks like a good yield. It looks like a decent situation. I am worried that oil could go below $90... People will continue to sell it."

Hewlett-Packard (NYSE:HPQ): "This looks like a decent quarter. We don't know enough yet. They might be rationalizing the company and doing the right thing. Have I given up on Hewlett-Packard? I don't give up on anything, but I won't recommend it."
