Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Thursday May 24.

Bullish Stocks:

Visa (NYSE:V): "It is terrific. Every time the stock goes down, we say 'buy, buy, buy.' It is a financial with little financial risk. Great management."

Kodiak Oil & Gas (NYSE:KOG): "I think oil is going to $85...that makes Kodiak a spec. It is very inexpensive. If oil bounces, it will bounce."

Bearish Stocks:

Corning (NYSE:GLW): "Is a challenged company...TV sales are weak. I'm going to say 'don't buy'."

NYSE Euronext (NYSE:NYX): "I don't like to own NYSE, because business is soft. Stay away."

Facebook (NASDAQ:FB): "It is an overvalued stock. The numbers are going to come down. It should trade in the $30-35 range."

VelocityShares Daily 2x VIX Short-Term ETN (NASDAQ:TVIX): "I don't like to trade that stuff. It is too emotional. I have no edge."

Gamestop (NYSE:GME): I think that Gamestop is in a difficult position. I don't want to touch it."

Citigroup (NYSE:C): "There may be a long-term upside. Yes, I believe the world economy will come back. It doesn't have great dividend protection. We don't know what they do. After (the scandal involving) JPMorgan, I'm not going to recommend any international bank play."

Electronic Arts (NASDAQ:EA): "It is cheap. It has been cheap for some time. It is worth more as an acquisition than as a company. Microsoft should buy it."
