RightNow Technologies (NASDAQ:RNOW) Wednesday afternoon reported fourth quarter revenue of $30.7 million, with a non-GAAP loss of 7 cents a share. The Street had expected revenue of $29.6 million and a loss of 7 cents.
For the first quarter, the company sees revenue of $31 million to $32 million, with a non-GAAP loss of 10-13 cents; the Street had expected $30.95 million and a loss of 4 cents. For the full year, RightNow sees revenue of $135 million to $140 million, consistent with the Street outlook of $137.91 million. But the company sees a non-GAAP loss of 7-16 cents a share, while the Street had expected a break-even year.
In after hours trading, RightNow is off $1.07, or 8.4%, at $11.72.
