Shutterfly (SFLY) reported fourth quarter revenue of $97.5 million, beating the Street consensus of $93.77 million. But EPS of 63 cents a share was two cents short of expectations.

For the first quarter, the online photo site sees revenue of $34 million to $36 million; the Street consensus has been $37.4 million. Shutterfly sees full year revenue of $245 million to $255 million, more or less in line with the Street consensus of $251.7 million.

After hours Wednesday, Shutterfly shares were down 43 cents, or 2.6%, at $16.45; the stock fell $1.13 in the regular session.
