Foreign dividend ETF in the works? (mentions DVY)

I just wrote about building your own foreign DVY or should I say building your own PEY, the current PowerShares dividend offering, writes Roger Nusbaum.

You can read about what is coming by clicking here. I have a contact at the company who is not able to tell me a lot yet. The index that this fund will mirror is still being created, he thinks it will be 50 or 100 names which does not tell a whole lot, and, as the article says, it will be all ADRs. My hunch is that it will be 50 names. I would also wager that a lot of the names I included in my first piece about this will be included in the final product but we will see.

While I am giddy, this is just a product. The make up will be good or it won't but I think demand for the idea will be big and I expect other providers to follow suit.
